Anyway, I reead they're doing it to get access to Shockwave's intravascular lithotripsy (IVL) therapy, which is supposed to be a real breakthrough in heart care. With this acquisition, Johnson & Johnson is probably going to become a big player in the cardiovascular field. I wonder how it's all going to turn out and what's going to happen with the healthcare industry. They're already a tycoon in immunology, oncology and haematology and this only adds to there value.
